The annual Investment Schedule of Budget Support by Classification is as follows:

Commercial:

Base rate of $203.00 for all members plus an assessment per employee according to the following rate schedule:

Note: Part-time employees are counted 2 for 1 full-time equivelant. Seasonal employees are counted 3 for 1.

66 - 115 $823.67 + (7.74 x no. of employees) over 65
116 - 215 $1,210.58 + (4.88 x no. of employees) over 115
216 - 415 $1,699.60 + (3.52 x no. of employees) over 215
416 - 715 $2,405.31 + (2.12 x no. of employees) over 415
716 or more $3,036.71 + (1.43 x no. of employees) over 715

Apartments:

Base rate of $203.00 for the first 25 units
Next 75 units - $4.12 each
Remaining units - $1.39

Motels/Hotels:

Base rate of $203.00 plus $4.12 for each unit or room
$185.40 for each associated restaurant or lodge

Professionals:

Including doctors, dentists, nurses, lawyers, insurance agents, CPAs and architects
Base of $203.00 for first principal, professional or broker
$62.00 for each remaining principal, professional broker or sales staff
$13.50 for each clerical employee

Public Service:

Utility companies (gas, electric, telephone, cable TV, internet service, etc.)
Will be assessed the rate of $ .127 per meter or service

Banks and Savings & Loans:

$43.90 per million dollars of deposits up to $100 million
$28.14 per million dollars of deposits above $100 million

Non Profit Organizations:

Base rate of $203.00 only

Media:

Investment Schedules for the media will be negotiated

Individuals:

Individuals will be assessed the rate of $93.00

Outside of Ashland County:

Base rate of $203.00 only
